By declining to call SB 613 for a vote, Indiana lawmakers have sided with Hoosier families over of out-of-state lenders. That’s according to the Institute for Working Families, which also goes on to say lawmakers listened to those who opposed the bill which they say would authorize new forms of high-cost lending.
