Muncie Woman Accused Of Attempted Obstruction

37-year-old Miah Hale is in trouble with the law. She’s accused of trying to bribe a blind Muncie man with just about anything and everything if he would not testify in the trial of the man accused beating him up in an earlier disagreement.  She is charged with attempted obstruction of justice.
