County Commissioners Sued For $400K

Delaware County Commissioners are being sued. The Star Press reports that the Muncie Redevelopment Commission has filed a suit claiming that more than $400,000 in taxes is owed on the site of the proposed new county jail. The MRC says the property should have been designated as TIF district when owned by the ASON company.
