Pendleton Man Given 10 Year Prison Sentence
A Pendleton man has received a 10 year sentence in the killing of his former high school friend. Joseph M. Hartley was originally charged with murdering 29-year-old Uriah Wilson after a violent altercation between the two men who were drinking around a campfire in December of 2017.
