Severe Cold Disrupts City/County Internal Systems

The severe cold has frozen the internal systems of Madison County and the city of Anderson. A fiber optics cable hub stopped working, causing internal phones and internet servers to crash. The fiber optics service provider is working with the city to get the system back up.
