Nichols To Be Sentenced Tuesday

Federal prosecutors say former Muncie Building Commissioner Craig Nichols went to great lengths to hide his crimes and deserves a lengthy sentence. The 40-year-old will be sentenced Tuesday in federal court in Indianapolis on wire fraud and money laundering charges. Among the allegations against Nichols, that he used his company to steal more than 80-thousand dollars from the city.
