Sale Of Ricker Oil Company Completed

Its official – Giant Eagle Inc. has completed the acquisition of Ricker Oil Company. Included in the deal are Ricker’s 56 convenience stores and gas stations. Financial terms of the sale have not been disclosed. Giant Eagle operates 200 supermarkets and 210 convenience store/gas stations in five states.
