Accused Of Cutting Her Boyfriend

A Muncie woman accused of cutting her boyfriend during an argument is facing charges. Police were called to the 2300 block of North Blaine Street after someone heard screams. They found 44-year-old Matthew Smith outside the residence suffering from wounds in arms and chest.
