Plea Deal Reached In Murder Case

A man accused of killing his former high school friend has accepted a plea deal. 30-year-old Joseph Hartley of Pendleton has agreed to plead guilty to a felony count of aggravated battery. He was originally charged with murder in connection with the death of 29-year-old Uriah Wilson a Madison County correctional officer from Markleville.
