Neglect and battery counts face a Muncie man accused of beating up a woman in the presence of her two children. Police say he then would not allow them to check on the children’s well being. 26 year old Dwayne Wolf is charged with battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and neglect of a dependent. He was released from the Delaware County jail after posting a $10,000 bond following the incident on the 1900 block of South Gharkey Street.
