Federal authorities in Indianapolis are asking you to be on the lookout for a wanted felon. U.S. Marshals say that 41-year-old Bobby Ashley cut off a monitoring bracelet and fled from a Volunteers of America program. Ashley was convicted of felon in possession of a handgun. Authorities say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
