Public Charter School May Be Coming To Muncie

A hearing is set for November 1st at Maring-Hunt Library regarding a Michigan nonprofit that wants to operate a public charter school in Muncie serving grades 7 through 12. The Star Press reports the WAY Academy would target at-risk youth. The hearing into the matter was scheduled by the Indiana Charter School Board.
