Police say she snorted heroin and then drove with her infant daughter in the car. Felony charges of neglect and driving while intoxicated have been filed against 30-year-old Holly Britton. The Yorktown woman was found parked in the middle of a four lane highway and was unsure of where she was or how she got there.
