Richmond Man Facing Counterfeiting Charges

A Richmond man was facing 172 counts of counterfeiting. However, prosecutors have decided to drop that number to four.  30-year-old Jeremy Charles Goodwin is accusing of being in possession of fake 10, 20 and 50-dollar bills when he was a passenger in a New Castle traffic stop.  Police also found narcotics and paraphernalia.
