Muncie Gun Shop Owner Gets November Trial Date
A Muncie gun store owner has been given a trial date of November 5th. Jeffrey Burke is to appear in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis to answer to charges of bank fraud and making false statements to an FBI agent. Burke was arrested during early-morning raids in Muncie on September 18th.
