Decline In DelCo Overdoses

Delaware County could be making progress against OD’s. Two years ago, there were 703 reported overdoses, last year, 816. So far this year, the county is on a pace for 489 overdoses, at least in terms of those patients who end up in ambulances. National health statistics say that in Delaware County, 35 percent of all deaths of those between ages 15 to 44 are from overdoses.
