A Muncie pizza delivery driver is being held after police say he was involved in a hit and run. The Star Press reports 23 year old Devon Gaines told police he was looking down at his phone while driving and struck a 14 year old teenaged girl walking on East McGalliard Road Saturday. Police tracked him down after getting a tip from someone who saw the report in the news.
