County Considers Court Case Manager

Madison County Commissioners and court officials are looking into the possibility of hiring a court case manager. The move comes in an attempt to ease overcrowding at the Madison County Detention Center. Commissioner John Richwine says in some cases an inmate could be placed on in-home detention or have bond lowered.
