Nichols To Be Sentenced November 29

Muncie’s longtime building commissioner has a sentencing date. Craig Nichols will be sentenced in U.S. District Court on Nov. 29. Nichols has agreed to plead guilty to wire fraud and money laundering. His plea stems from an FBI investigation of allegations of wrongdoing in Muncie city government. Nichols was charged with 34 federal criminal charges because of that probe.
