State Cites Anderson Nursing Home

An Anderson nursing home and rehabilitation facility has been cited by the state after a resident suffered apparent heat exhaustion. The Indiana State Department of Health says a maintenance supervisor at Lindberg Crossing Senior Living noted air conditioning units affecting one hall weren’t working, but the facility administrator wasn’t notified until days later. The facility says that corrective measures have been taken.
