Accused Of Breaking In, Stealing Meds, Overdosing

A rural Muncie woman has been arrested after police say she broke into a home and stole prescription medication and then overdosed. Police investigated after a report that a woman was wandering around stumbling and incoherent and stumbling around. 29-year-old Vera Renee Morgan is charged with burglary and possession of a controlled substance.
