Muncie Man Sentenced To Time Served

A Muncie man who took part in a burglary that lead to a woman’s homicide and later testified against his co-defendant has been sentenced to time served. Tyler Jay Barton plead guilty to burglary and said that he was enlisted by Danny L. Saintingnon to steal medication. The 2009 incident lead to the homicide and Saintingnon has been sentenced to 137 years in prison. Barton has served over a thousand days in jail and will have five-years’ probation.
