A Muncie man has been sentenced to 20 years for serious injuries he caused while shaking his infant son. 26-year-old Michael Crook Jr. signed a plea agreement in the case and pleaded guilty to aggravated battery. He also acknowledged he is a habitual offender. Under the terms of the plea deal, the 20-year term was the maximum sentence possible.
