Demolition Continues On Former Hospital Complex

Demolition on the former Reid Hospital in Richmond continues. The structures have been empty since 2008 when the hospital moved to its new campus. For years, Richmond leaders tried to develop a plan for demolition, before announcing plans and funding in late 2017. Work started earlier this year and is expected to be completed in July of 2019.
