Muncie’s State Of The City April 25th

Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler will give his annual State of the City address during a breakfast program on April 25 at the Horizon Convention Center. According to a release, doors will open at 6:45 a.m. with the mayor’s address beginning at 7:30 a.m. This program is free and open to the public, but seating is limited.
