Couple Says “Sign” Invited Them In
They told police that they entered an unoccupied house after seeing a “Take What You Want” sign out front. The property owner says 41-year-old Shawn Simmons and 42-year-old Jamie Evans did not have permission to be in the house. Police say the only sign they found was a “No Trespassing” sign.
