Two emaciated dogs, in a house infested with cockroaches and flies, and an Eaton man charged as a result. Police say 22 year old Brock Clark was cuffed on cruelty to animal charges. Police say his 51 year old father, Denny Clark is facing the same counts. The director of the animal shelter says the pit bulls were the most emaciated dogs he’s ever seen.
