Mounds Mall To Remain On Commissioner’s Tax Sale List
The Mounds Mall building will remain on the April 9th tax certificate sale, because the motion to remove it died. Jonathan Cook, a representative for the owners, said it would be better for Madison County and the city of Anderson to allow the owners to sell the mall privately and pay the taxes owed.
