Charged With Battering A City Councilwoman

She has been charged with battering Anderson City Councilwoman Donna Davis. According to the Herald Bulletin, 29-year-old Deborah Murphy of Anderson is charged with battery and invasion of privacy. Police confirm that Davis had an active protection order against Murphy.
