Appeals Court Denies Hartford City Man

The Indiana Court of Appeals has denied a Hartford City man convicted of armed robbery. 38-year-old Jason “Bud” Garmon contended that jurors in his trial should not have has access to his post-arrest police interview and that his past criminal record should not have been discussed. The appeals court disagreed. Garmon’s Delaware County convictions last year stemmed from November 2015 holdups at a bank and liquor store in Eaton.
