DelCo Tattoo Ordinance Gets A Second Look

The ordinance in Delaware County requiring parents to approve a tattoo before a juvenile gets one is getting a second look. The measure requires both parents to be present for their child to get a tattoo. It’s a more restrictive than the state, which only requires one parent to be there and give consent.
