Muncie Wants $33,000 From Carrol Drug Bust

Prosecutors and the Muncie Police Department have filed a lawsuit in a bid to claim nearly $33,000 found in the possession of 77-year-old Calvin “Buddy” Carrol. The local businessman is facing drug-related charges after raids of his bar, car lot and home last June. An initial hearing in his case is set for next Monday.
