Prosecutor Says “Self Defense”In Fatal Shooting

A Muncie woman who fatally shot a teenager in August will not face criminal charges. The Star Press reports that 17-year-old Allayzia Jackson was shot during a confrontation on Aug. 31. Prosecutors say the woman who shot Jackson, 43-year-old Marilyn S. Wilson, “did so in self-defense.”
