Errington To Author Bill To Help MCS Get Loan

In an effort to help MCS get back on its feet financially, State Rep. Sue Errington plans to introduce a bill in the 2018 session of the Legislature. The measure would allow MCS to obtain a loan from the Common School Fund, which is funded by fines, forfeitures and the transfer of property to the state when a person dies without a will and legal heirs.
