Donnelly Less Than Enthusiastic About Healthcare Plans

The tax plans being considered in DC are not palatable to Democratic Senator Joe Donnelly. He did not say whether the House or Senate plans by Republicans would get his vote, but did say Monday that he is disappointed that a measure on the health care plan will cut 13 million people.
