Muncie, Anderson To Receive Body Armor Funding

The U.S. Department of Justice announced that two local communities will receive funding to purchase body armor. The City of Muncie will receive more than 7-thousand-800 dollars, while Anderson will get more than 33-hundred dollars. According to the National Institute of Justice, body armor has saved more than 3,000 police officers’ lives during the past three decades.
