Madison Street Underpass Did NOT Flood
It did not flood. Southside Muncie residents were happy to see that the Madison Street underpass did not flood during Thursday morning’s heavy rain. The underpass, which carries Madison Street under an overhead railroad trestle, received a 5 ½ million dollar fix that took about a month to complete.
