MadCo Resident Infected With West Nile Virus

A probable case of a person infected with the West Nile virus has been reported to the Madison County Health Department. Health officials say that the person believed to have contracted the virus died from an unrelated medical condition. Positive West Nile tests have been found in Elwood, Alexandria, Anderson and Lapel.
