A bipartisan proposal led in part by U.S. Rep. Luke Messer has unanimously passed the U.S. House of Representatives as part of a GI Bill reform package. The measure retroactively restores GI Bill benefits to veterans who were attending ITT Technical Institute and Corinthian Colleges, both of which closed affecting thousands of veterans.
