Work is expected to begin soon on a $2.3 million pavement project on more than 13 miles of State Road 32 in Delaware and Randolph counties. Watch for flaggers between Selma and Winchester next week as roads will be open while crews mill and repave the highway. All work on the project is expected to be complete by November.
