Madison Street To Close For Underpass Flood Fix

Will it be the final fix? As early as Monday, the Muncie Sanitary District will close Madison Street during the last phase of a $5.5-million project to stop flooding of the underpass. Madison Street will close for about a month between Kirby Avenue and Howard Street.
