Three Arrests After OD’s In Muncie

Three people under arrest as the opioid scourge surfaces again. 28 year old Vera Morgan was found overdosed in a restroom at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. Also, 30 year old Brandon Yingst OD’ed at the Econo Motel on East 29th Street. A woman with him also faces charges after admitting she had used heroin the previous night.
