Alex Woman Scammed Out Of Thousands
An 82 year old Alexandria woman says she was scammed out of thousands of dollars after hiring someone to fix her roof. Beverly Masters says she paid Jayson Ashburn $8000 upfront to do the work. She says he started and never finished. The Madison County Prosecutor’s office has filed charges against Ashby for home improvement fraud and theft.
