Five Face Felony Trafficking Charges

Five people are facing felony charges for their alleged roles in a conspiracy to smuggle drugs into the Randolph County jail. 37-year-old Matthew A. Culy is the mastermind. Officials allege Culy obtained Sub Oxone strips while away from the jail on work-release and delivered them to his fellow inmates. The others are charged with various trafficking offenses.
