A Hagerstown man has been arrested on felony charges after he refused to stop and led police on a lengthy pursuit through Henry County. It started when a state trooper tried to pull over a van that crossed the center line. The driver refused to stop and only did so when stop sticks were deployed. 31-year-old Christopher Godsey, is facing numerous charges. He was wanted on a warrant out of Jay County for theft.
