President-elect Donald Trump spoke to workers at the Carrier plant in the capital city Thursday. Trump expanded on details of the agreement reached with company officials, to keep the jobs in Indiana instead of moving them to Mexico. Governor Mike Pence says the state is giving the company around $7 million in tax incentives as part of the agreement.
