Suing To Marry An Inmate

She wants to marry an inmate and now the American Civil Liberties Union is involved. A Delaware County woman is suing the Chaplin and another official at the Pendleton Correctional Facility. Clara Simons and inmate “Woody” Blenkenship were denied their request to marry because of his criminal history, which includes two murder convictions.
