65 Years For A Jay County Man

A 22-year-old Jay County man has been handed a 65 year prison sentence. Dalton Davis was arrested for the brutal killing his then-girlfriend’s 5-week-old daughter last September, but took a plea deal to avoid a life sentence. Davis will have to serve 85 percent of his sentence – about 55 years – before he will become eligible for parole.
