Home prices on the rise in Madison Countyu

Good news for home sellers, not so much for buyers. The cost of buying a home in Madison County has increased by 10 percent in just one month from April to May. Indy-based realtor F.C. Tucker says prices were up 13 percent the month before that. The average price for a home in Madison Countu is about $92,000.
