Madison County Murder Sentencing

49 year old Jeremy Hinson of Anderson was sentenced Tuesday to 55 years in prison for the 2024 murder of his wife, Michela Hinson. Judge David Happe enhanced that by an additional 20 years for a Felony Firearm Enhancement. The release said Hinson will serve the 75 year sentence in Indiana Department of Correction.
